Funnel Model and Innovation Rules of Enterprise

摘要：

Innovation is me core ability of enterprise and the determinant of enterprise strategy. This essay analyses the failure of enterprise innovation and probes into the reasons. The meaning of innovation is changing with enterprise environment. This essay analyze the innovation process of enterprise through the funnel model, and put forward some rules of innovation.
