The Damage of Excess Product Innovation and the Preventive Measures

When an enterprise develops to a certain extent, the excessive pursue of new product can lead to the immoderate product innovation. A great deal of product innovations can complicate the product line. Then the complication spreads to every aspects of the enterprise, and the result is to dilute profit, block development, and even pull the enterprise down. This paper advances the Two-Step method in product innovation management. It can solve problems that puzzle many enterprises.
