The Analysis of the Venture Capital Based on Institutional Change

摘要：

From the aspect of the basic contents and characteristics of the venture capital etc., this article introduces the relative theories of the venture capital and its institutional change theory briefly. We mainly analyze the venture capital by using the institutional change theory of institutional economics, make a game model of the government and the main bodies of the venture capital market and then put forward the path choices of the institutional change of the venture capital in our country by using the methods which integrate standardized analysis and empirical analysis, theoretical analysis and policy analysis etc.
