A Property Right Analysis on Enterprises Technological Innovation System of China

摘要：

The article analyzes the gradual progress of enterprises technological innovation system in China firstly, and then it gives a detail analysis on the technological innovation system at present from the property right angle, which is divided into three levels. According to the result, the article puts forward some suggestion to consummate the technological innovation system of China.
