A Study of Enterprise Innovation on the Basis of Complexity Science Theory
Innovation is the promotion source of enterprises development, which is a systematic engineer with complex characteristics. Based on the introduction of complex science theory, the innovation process of the subject enterprise as CAS has been discussed. Finally, we draw the conclusions mat enterprise innovation is generated from the chaos fringe of complex system; the system fluctuation is the starting point of innovation; the interaction of the legitimacy and shadow systems constitutes the basic mechanism of enterprise innovation; enterprises can improve the innovative ability through self-organization double-loop learning.
