The Ponder of the Human Resources Inspector General Assignment System in Group Enterprise
Group enterprise has become the important organizational form and the inevitable trend for the enterprises development nowadays. As one of the most important managers of the subsidiary company, the subsidiary companys human resources inspector general plays a vital role in the human resources management system of the group enterprise. Base on the correlative theories and experience of the account assignment system, this article studies on the necessity, the construction mechanism as well as the corresponding measures of human resources inspector general assignment system in group enterprise. In doing so, the article aims to provide certain practical methods to decrease the jobbery phenomenon in selection and employment and upgrade the overall human resources management level of group enterprise while improving the efficiency of the whole enterprises development eventually.
