Regional Analysis on the Industry Innovation Capability of Hebei Province in China

摘要：

According to the linear synthetical evaluation method, the four factors of me industry technological innovation evaluating system of Hebei Province and the eleven standards, mis article measures and estimates the industry technological innovation capability of Chinese large and middle-sized industries of China (without Tibet) in 2000 and in 2003, and analyzes the results.
