Initial Researches on Management Innovation of Travel Agencys Tacking Crisis

Along with the swift and violent development of Chinese tourism, the enhancement of market demanding and environmental complexity, it is urgently pressing to discuss and innovate the management system of the traveling crisis. From the point of view of the lifecycle, this paper analyses the influences of the traveling crisis, and proposes corresponding measures, finally to construct the new crisis management innovation system of the travel agency to guarantee the realization of the corresponding measures. The system includes the theoretic innovation, the product and the marketing innovation, the technological innovation, the talented stuffs management innovation and the organization innovation. The author thinks mat and the dynamically developmental innovation management system will provide theoretical references to prevent, handle and deal with the crisis for the traveling agency.
