On University Students Business Plan Competition and the Cultivation of Innovative Quality

摘要：

The paper introduced the concept of business plan and its competition, history and present situation of business plan competition held in foreign countries, China and my school, the content, selected topic and group of business plan. It has demonstrated that holding and participating in University students business plan competition is advantageous to cultivating and improving innovation foundation, innovation intelligence, innovation method, innovation consciousness and spirit, students independent entrepreneurial consciousness, knowledge and ability, and is also advantageous to developing quality-based education with innovation as a core.
