Team Building in the Training of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Higher Education
Nowadays, higher education takes it as chief goal to cultivate innovative talents. Group learning and research teams, as one carrier format, are going to be useful to enhance exchange in knowledge among students, foster their collaborative working spirit and ability in solving complex problems which cover multiple disciplines through teamwork. Team based learning and researching in multi levels will greatly contribute to the achievement in the training of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students.
