Cognitive Software Development Process and Associated Metrics -A Framework

摘要：

This paper makes an attempt to propose cognitive software development model and demonstrate that the software development lifecycle should also be constrained by me laws of cognitive informatics. An attempt has also been made to frame cognitive complexity metrics for all the phases of cognitive software development process.
