A Heuristic Method for Logistics Supply Chain Coordination and Risk Control

摘要：

One of the main issues of logistics supply chain management is to find suitable mechanisms to coordinate the logistical processes that are controlled by various independent companies in order to achieve overall minimal cost and thus to control the risk. A heuristic method is proposed to effectively collaborate the logistics supply chain and thus to control the risk in this paper.
