An Arbitrary Resizing Algorithm for Video Transcoding in DCT Domain

摘要：

According to the fact that video information mostly concentrated on low frequency domain and the relationship between the block DCT coefficients and subband approximations, a new arbitrary resizing algorithm for video transcoding is presented. The new algorithm can realize fractional resizing in DCT domain , and can be adapt to intra and inter transcoding.
