A Dynamic Hidden-ID Authentication Scheme Based On 2-Dimensional Construction
A new authentication scheme for smart card based on 2-Dimensional construction is presented. Compared to previous geometry based schemes, this scheme authenticates users without using one-way functions and timestamps, and the user’s ID is not required to transfer over the insecure communication channel. Furthermore, users identity changes immediately after every successful authentication operation. By changing users identities dynamically, the scheme provides the system a more securer method for authenticating users. Profiting from the well-connected construction, the computation cost for the users is small and can be easily realized.
