A 1V MNC Bandgap Reference with High Temperature Stability
A 1V matched nonlinear correction (MNC) CMOS bandgap reference is presented in this paper. A 1V operational amplifier (OPA) with rail-to-rail input signal swing is also applied in the reference circuit. According to the simulation results, the output voltage is 353.12mv and there is only ±0.4mv variation from the range of -20℃ to 100℃. The power dissipation of the circuit is 0.16mW, and the area is 0.1mm2.
