Design of a High Performance BICMOS Voltage Comparator for DC-DC Converter Applications

摘要：

In this paper, a high-performance voltage comparator for DC-DC converter applications is designed, which is implemented in 0.6um BiCMOS technologies. The simulation result Based on HSPICE and testing result shows the gain of the circuit is 78.9dB, the propagation delay time is PLH 42ns and PHL is 71.1ns at the normal temperature, while his quiescent current is 28.9ua at 25 ℃, which fully satisfies all the requirement s of the system.
