Electronic commerce will be the main competence means in the 21st century,and brings great business chance for enterprises. Hie paper analyzes generally all kinds of risks in electronic commerce,which include risks to customers,risks to selling agents and risks to enterprise. Finally,the paper puts forward measures for risk management and security defending.
