摘要：

E-commerce will become the major mode of international trade in the 21st century. It will completely and dramatically change the trade activity,and form a set of brand-new trade frames. The development and application of E-commerce will certainly affect the operating mode in international trade. Under the new circumstances,Chinese foreign trade is bound to confront severe challenges as well as some potential opportunities.
