Based upon the actuality of Credit Card payment Online in China, pointing to the main civil issues during the process of credit card payment online and using the foreign legislations and Chinese existing laws as references to analyze the imputation principle and legislation tendency, the article provides some advice on the later establishment of the law in E-commerce in China
