SUMMARY DISCUSSION ON CHINA LEGISLATION OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

摘要：

Recent years. Electronic commerce has developed rapidly in our country, however, legislation of E-commerce is far behind practice, and there are still some problems: firstly, lack of standards and authority in legislation; secondly, the principles and rules of legislation still stay at local administration; thirdly, the content of legislation is mainly emphasis on the safety of system, the content of certification is far less; fourthly, the government didnt play full role in it ; finally, legislation is not considered from strategy angle. This article offers the advice and solution on these problems.
