AN AUTHORITATIVE E-COMMERCE TRADE MARKET SOLUTION BASED ON B2B
The trading method and payment of e-business are different from those of traditional business, and bring a lot of problems during their/the development, such as taxation, payment, credit, trading risk, disputes and so on, which embarrass their further developing. In this paper, we propose a new kind of solution based on B2B model for authoritative e-business market. It establishes an authoritative e-business market trading platform through administration and finance organization, which is based on monitoring trading process by technical method, and then provides services such as information, credit evaluation, contract certification, online payment, dispute proof and taxation. The solution tries to resolve most of the existing problems, and provides a new approach to the rapid and health development of e-business.
