THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT IDEOLOGY
From the point of view of productivity, this article discusses that the transformation of production organization mode in the era of e-commerce has been urging management ideology to develop. A newly adapted management ideology, i. e. e-commerce management ideology, has taken shape accordingly. After bringing forward its essence, the formation and development is discussed in terms of the budbreak, formation and development which are the three stages in the light of IT infiltrating and syncretizing into commercial activities.
