THE STATUS QUO AND DEVELOPMENT OF E-GOVERENTMENT IN CHINA

摘要：

At first, this paper introduces the developing trends of e-government abroad and their enlightenments to China, and then discusses the status quo and problems of implementing e-government in China. Finally, it suggestions that the development of e-government in China should be advanced by drawing the overall development plan and the related standards of e-government, arranging and normalizing the flow of the actual government affairs, integrating the information resources of governments, enhancing the cognition and raising the corresponding levels of all officials about e-government, as well as assuring information security and strengthening the guidance.
