BANKING E-BUSINESS AND E-BCRM

Banking E-Business refers to those business activities of the commercial banks taking the customer as a core and using all kinds of electronic media as the technology support under the pressure of competition. In order to realize the customer information aggregation of the marketing, financial service and multi medium contact, banking e-business requires the Electronic Bank Customer Relationship Management (E-BCRM) in the Customer Service Center and Business Process Departments through the channel, operation and analysis aspects.
