RULES OF SURVIVAL FOR B2C E-COMMERCE
The overwhelming majority of B2C dotcoms are exposed to three austere challenges: channel conflict, management renovation, and an insuppressible swell in costs. Good or bad performance in tackling these challenges reflects on their disparate destinies to make or break. In response, this article comes-up with three countermeasures against each respective problem. It covers the essence of mature ideas confirmed by practice and further, expounds upon the authors thoughts and proposals.
