SHOPPING-ONLINE: THE EFFECT OF MEDIA REPRESENTATION PATTERNS ON HUMAN INFORMATION BEHAVIOR
On the purpose of studying the characteristics of information activities influenced by visual reality representative pattern in shopping website, this article studied the impact of different media representative patterns(text, TCG and virtual reality)on userssatisfactory, mental work load and per formance merit etc. in online shopping system by experiment method. The results are: 1. There were no significantly statistics different on the speed of finishing the task, operation error ratio, satisfactory, mental work load etc. in three representative patters, 2. On the primary stage of the task and first level hierarchy, performance of subjects in virtual reality(VR) was slower than that in Text, but it was getting faster and reached in highest level as entering deeper hierarchy level and tasks developed further.
