NEW CHANGES OF ENTERPRISES TQM OCCURING ON E-COMMERCE CIRCUMSTANCE
This paper firstly explores the challenges facing quality management of enterprises on e-commerce circumstance from each of the four links: demand, R&D, manufacture and supply;and then argues that the philosophy of total quality management TQM) that stemmed from the traditional industry times is still an effective tool to meet the challenges mentioned above, and that keeping on implementing it is still significant for e-commerce enterprises. However, practicing this philosophy does not mean copying traditional TQM technologies. Finally, this paper makes some observations on how to construct an e-commerce quality management system based on information technologies( IT).
