THE INTEGRATION GOAL, MODE AND FORM OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE WITH TRADITIONAL ENTERPRISES
E-commerce is currently at a relatively low level. Only by integrating electronic commerce with traditional enterprises can we make both of them develop successfully. This paper comes up with the aim for added value on the value chain integrating electronic commerce with traditional enterprises, the integrating model of pull-EC, and that of product management and capital management.
