TRANSFORM CUSTOMER CAPITAL INTO THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE ENTERPRISE
This paper is based on the background of network knowledge economy and focuses on customer capital which is a critical source of competitive advantage for the electronic commerce enterprise. The author tries to explain this problem from the perspectives such as the definition of customer capital, the types of value which customer capital can generate, and how to transform customer capital into the competitive advantage for such kind of enterprises.
