THE DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATIONS OF SECURITIES ONLINE TRADING IN CHINA
Securities Online Trading(SOT)is a typical application of E-commerce on securities exchange. With the rapid growth of Internet and the urgent need of development of securities brokerage business, SOT is popular among the brokerage institutions and the investors for its easy operation, plen ty of information, low costs and non-region-restricted. In China, SOT has experienced an improvement process on trading style, security guarantee, sales and service, etc., achieved significant effects. Facing the vigorous growth of SOT, the Chinese Securities Regulation Committee formulated rules and regulations, but further explorations on effective regulation on SOT are still an important issue.
