CUSTOMER-ORIENTED E-BUSINESS ENTERPRISE CREDIT EVALUATION SYSTEM
First, this paper analyses the problems existing in the development of the E-Business and points out the most imminent problem is the credit issue; and secondly it gives an overview of the types of E-Business credit evaluations as well as their functions from the aspect/perspective of the customers. This paper does not only mention their features and disadvantages, but also puts forward the problem that there are no credit evaluation systems evaluating from the point of the customers. Approach, which suggests setting up a customer - oriented E-Business credit evaluation system, is discussed to resolve the credit problem that mentioned before This paper also analyses the technical implement of the system, and designs the frame of the system、the evaluation index system、evaluation standard, and whats more, chooses the fuzzy model for credit evaluation. The prospect of the E-Business credit evaluation system and what should be done in the future are given in the last part.
