With the development of modem information technology and the wide application of hank card in social and economic life, the bank card has become an important industry driving the development of information industry, banking industry, trade and tourism industry and service industry. This paper analyzes the reasons for the swindle of bank card, and proposes the countermeasures to the swindle of bank cared.
