ENTERPRISE INFORMATIONZATION AND E-BUSINESS TALENT REQUIREMENT

摘要：

This paper discusses the present actuality of enterprise informationization and talent requirement from three aspects. At present, the enterprise informationization in China is mainly in the situation of infrastructure construction and electronic data processing(EDP), talent demand is concentrated in the field of IT technology. The decision- making informationization in Chinese enterprises is still in a low level. Decision - making is a behavior of information utilization. E-business talents mainly deal with the works of information utilization.. As the enterprise informationization progressed in China, E-business talents will be popular in China.
