E-COMMERCE FORMULATION AND TENDENCY OF STRATEGY
In this paper, the necessity to formulate an e-commerce strategy is explained, and 7 factor of e-commerce strategy and their tendency are discussed. In addition, it is pointed out that an enterprise can achieve continuous development, only if it faces globalization economy and network technology, and put its e-commerce strategy into its whole development strategy.
