THE CHARACTERISTICS, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS OF E-GOVERNMENT IN CHINA

摘要：

In this paper we analyze the characteristics of E-government in China as well as the related problems. Based on the analysis, some suggestions will be given by taking CRM as the direction of Chinese E-government. Then the author proposes some advices on how to carry out this system project.
