ANALYSIS ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT PROTECTION IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

摘要：

As the mainstream commercial form in the 21st century, e-commerce has brought the strong impact to existing intellectual property right protection system. This text proceeds from relation between e-commerce and intellectual property protection. The new characteristics and problems of intelligent property right protection which appeared under the network circumstance are analyzed, and infringement and protection of the copyright, trademark and domain name, patent right and trade-secret in electronic commerce are studied.
