ON NETWORK FINANCING

摘要：

With the development of e-commerce,network financing appears and becomes the foundation of e-commerce implementation. In this paper, several aspects on network financing are discussed in details. The contribution to e-commerce, configuration, characteristics and functions of network financing are analyzed; and current existed problems in network financing are pointed out and some solutions are proposed.
