Single-trial MEG Data Analysis
Magnetoencephalography (MEG) and brain imaging have become important tools in physiology, neuroscience and ergonomics during the past ten years. In this paper we present a method to analyze of signal-trail (MEG) date mainly based on independent component analysis (ICA) approach. The statistical analysis can be constituted with two procedures: the first one is called pre-processing, in which try to reduce the dimension and the power of unique sensor noise. Mixed data is separated by ICA procedure into individual components. The second is called post-processing. We perform a source localization procedure to make single-dipole map of decomposed individual source components. The presented method offers a workable solution to determine location and intensity of human brain activity.
