Establishing Cost Control System for Dredging Engineering Project

摘要：

Aimed at the characteristics of dredging engineering project, this paper is to discuss project cost planning, control and assessment, expatiate the basic concepts and the restriction and stimulation mechanisms to establish cost control system, create the measurement standards for the project cost, normalize the methods for drawing up cost planning, accomplish a complex that includes cost planning, control and assessment system and is universally applicable and easy to operate for dredging engineering projects. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to provide an application for a companys budget management.
