Severe work conditions may not only increase difficulty of construction, negatively affecting progress of work, resulting in heavy investment of human, financial and material resources, causing decrease in economic benefits; but also directly threaten safety of personnel and plant This article will, through illustration of the example of DLJP Industrial Park Sand Filling Works, have a discussion on construction techniques of cutter suction dredgers (CSD) working under sever conditions.
