Study on the Industry Technology of Gasification of Biomass with a Fluidized Bed
This thesis discusses the industry technology of gasification and catalytic gasification of biomass with inner recycle conical fluidized bed as a gasifier. The experiment results indicate that the gas calorific value of wheat straw gasification is higher than that from rice straw and husk while the gas calorific value of sawdust gasification is highest. For non-catalytic gasification, its gas calorific value is increased about 40% than for down-up gasifier. The catalytic gasification experiment shows: that CaO can markedly raise calorific value and reduce the content of CO in gas; Na2CO3 can enhance the content of H2. But when the reaction temperature teaches 800℃, to add catalytic agent can obviously enhance the gas calorific value. The adding amount of catalyst is better about 4%.
