Application of Neural Network Technologies for Forecasting the Parameters of Spring High Waters
The article deals with the problems of utilization of neural networks for creating the models of the spring flood parameters forecasting. The main attention is paid to the accuracy of forecasting at the expense of utilization of special algorithms for preliminary processing of incoming information and creating of the complex structure models which consider the specific of processes taking place in the drainage-basin of a rivtr in the period of the spring flood.
