Application of Fast Hadamard Transformation for Symbol-by-Symbol Decoding of Binary Block Codes: Parallel Realization

摘要：

The procedures of the optimal symbol-bysymbol binary block codes are presented. These procedures are based on the usage of Fast Hadamard Transformation algorithm that has deep parallel structure.
