The New Self-organizing Mapping Algorithm for TSP

摘要：

A modified self-organizing mapping artificial neural network algorithm is proposed for TSP. ft not only is more efficacious, accuracious, and higher speed than HNN, but also avoids the local minima phenomena and excels in the speed and accuracy.
