A review about the activities of bioactive seaweed substances

摘要：

　　Bioactive seaweed substances such as polysaccharides,polyphenols,polyunsaturated fatty,amino acids and protein have numerous physiological functions.They have been widely applied in our daily life such as functional food,marine drugs,biomedical materials,cosmetics,textiles and ecotypic fertilizer.To make full use of the bioactive seaweed substances and expand the applications in different fields,this chapter summarizes the anti-obesity activity,anti-diabetic activity,anti-oxidative activity and anti-hyperlipidemic activity of bioactive seaweed substances.
