The Regulation of miRNA-33 on Lipid Metabolism
miR-33 is located in the sterol regulatory element binding protein (SREBP).Combined with ABCA1,CROT and CPT1A,it expressed after transcribed.miR-33 involved in the regulation of cholesterol and fatty acid metabolism and played an important role in the process of lipid metabolism.Hypoxic exercise could prevent the atherosis and disorder of lipid metabolism for it can restrain the miR-33 expression and promote lipid metabolism operation.This paper will discuss the relationship between miR-33 and lipid metabolism as well as the process of hypoxic exercise induce the lipid metabolism regulation by illustrating the influence of miR-33 regulation and hypoxic exercise for lipid metabolism and miR-33.
