　　Introduction: EGFR mutations may be associated with a different biological subtype of NSCLC with a different clinical profile.However,the relationship between EGFR mutations and clinical distant metastases remains unclear in NSCLC.The aim of study was to analyze correlations between status of EGFR mutations and distant metastases in Chinese patients.
