The classification of shallow buried close seams group and support resistance determination of stope

  Based on a large amount of site statistics in Shenfu mine area, combining with physical simulation and theoretical analysis, the roof weighting features of shallow buried seams group are revealed, and the classification of shallow buried seams group is put forward.The roof structure models of three types of shallow buried seams group are set up, based on this, the calculation methods of reasonable support resistance are put forward,The study shows that the roof weighting of lower coal seam is closely related to interval layer thickness and the mining height of lower coal seam.and the classification of shallow buried seams group is put forward with ratio of interval layer thickness to the mining height of lower coal seam,the type Ⅰ is shallow buried ultra-close seams group with no key stratum, roof pressure is mainly affected by caving roof activation structure of upper coal seam,it has large and small periodic weighting zones.The type Ⅱ is shallow buried close seams group with single key stratum, interval layer roof presents step voussoir beam structure, and its roof pressure behavior belongs to typical shallow seams.The type Ⅲ is shallow buried close seams group with double key strata,its roof pressure features show as approximate shallow coal seam.Through establishing the roof structure models of three types of shallow buried seams group, the calculation formulas of support resistance are put forward, and the roof structure theory of shallow buried seams group is formed.
