Implementation of the first large diameter lifesaving vertical surface hole in China
In order to realize the construction of the first large diameter lifesaving vertical surface hole in China, main technologies and arts of large diameter borehole and large diameter lifesaving hole at home and abroad are analyzed.Aiming at the complicated conditions of gob collapse in gypsum mining area of Pingyi,Shandong Province, key technologies such as drilling technology of φ711 mm large diameter DTH hammer,air reverse circulation process and so on are studied and implemented, and targeted solutions on keeping vertical of hole,horizontal extrusion and deformation on working pipes and so on,are promoted.The first large diameter borehole construction has been successfully achieved in China, and this provides experience reference for the realization of similar engineering cases.
