Differentiating crude drugs derived from animal bile using TLC fingerprint profile coupled with chemometric methods

  In this study,the methanol solutions of the seven most common bile-based crude dugs(ZD,ND,YD,XD,NH,TPNH,RGNH)were separated via TLC respectively.The information of TLC pictures was converted into digital pattern.Some chemometric methods,such as KNN,PLS-DA,SVM-DA and SIMCA,were performed in this study based on above processing,and these TLC models .were validated by cross validation and prediction set validation.These results of validation indicated that the seven bile-based crude drugs could be distinguished successfully by this method.
